Booking Arrangements
Once you have decided
that you wish to rent the house or enquire about rental, please contact us immediately usiing the details on the "Contact Us" page.
We will then check availability and if there are any special offers available and reply to you.
You can then confirm that you wish to rent by completing the reservation form below.
We will reserve the villa for you three weeks while the deposit / payment arrives. We will also email you the address to which the payment can be sent.
Once we have
confirmed these dates we ask you to send a deposit of $150 per week to secure the booking, or if there are less
than ten weeks to the first day of the rental, the full payment will be made
upon reservation.
Otherwise balance should
then be paid by ten weeks prior to your first day of rental.
When the final payment is made we require a refundable security deposit. This is to cover the costs of damage or other non-incidental costs incurred to the owner due to your stay. We do not consider a broken glass or plate as requiring a deduction as this is reasonable wear and tear, however, a requirement to have a specialist carpet clean due to a heavy spillage or similar would cause a deduction. It is worth noting that we are charged $50 if guests fail to put out the trash prior to departure. (This cost would be passed on) . We have rarely had to make deductions from deposits.T he deposit will be returned at the end of your vacation.
Once we have received the final
payment we will send you detailed instructions of how to get to
the villa and how to pick up the key.
If you have to cancel the booking
once we have accepted it we ask that written notification be sent to us by
recorded delivery. Charges will be applied from the date the letter is received
according to the scale below.
