Booking Arrangements

Once you have decided that you wish to rent the house, please contact us immediately. Before we can definitely reserve the house on your behalf we have to contact our management company’s Florida office to confirm availability.

Once we have confirmed these dates with you we ask you to return the booking form together with a deposit of £100 per week to secure the booking.

The balance should then be paid by ten weeks prior to your first day of rental.

If there are less than ten weeks to the first day of the rental, the full payment will be made upon reservation.

If you have to cancel the booking once we have accepted it we ask that written notification be sent to us by recorded delivery. Charges will be applied from the date the letter is received according to the scale below.

Once we have received the final payment we will send you detailed instructions of how to get from the airport to the management offices. If you have any questions, please ring us and we will be pleased to answer them.
