Living and Dining Areas
The living area is open plan with high ceilings and comprises the entrance hallway, the dining room, kitchen and family room.
The above pictures show the high cathedral ceilings.
The family room has a large L shaped Settee, which includes a 5 foot pull out divan. The room is equipped with cable TV, a video recorder, DVD player, a triple CD Hi-fi and a selection of games.
There is a personal computer in the dining area with a selection of games and internet access.
Patio doors from the family room lead straight on to the covered lanai and then to the pool area. These doors are fitted with a safety alarm which will make sure that children are not able to get out to the pool area without you knowing.
